Thursday, both at The Hop on Merrimon and The Hop West on Haywood Road in West Asheville, we are hosting a Berry Ice Cream Social and fundraiser for ASAP - Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project. The local berry flavors will include: Spinach Blueberry Goat Milk, SC Peach Blackberry, Blueberry Amaretto, Spinach Raspberry, Vegan Blackberry Almond Milk Ice Creams and Raspberry Mint Sorbet!
Today we had the privilege of scooping all Vegan and Gluten Free Ice Cream at The Big Crafty in downtown Asheville! The flavors included Chocolate Almond Milk, Local Blueberry Kale Soy Milk, Mocha Coconut Milk, Lavender Almond Milk, Local Blackberry Mint Sorbet and Carrot Mango Sorbet :)

Fresh Mint Crunch Goat Milk Ice Cream… Locally grown Mint base with Black Mountain Chocolate’s Cocoa Nibs mixed in (the “Crunch”). The Goat Milk comes from 10 minutes up the road from The Hop in North Asheville.
Homemade Vegan Mint Raspberry Sorbet (with Raspberries and Mint Leaves from our garden) nestled snugly in a compostable corn cup :)
